Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. You will receive a dispatch notification by email.

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with Regulation 27 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
